Diabetics should never use toothpaste because of the high sugar content. Toothpaste could spike your blood sugar right before testing by your doctor. Thus, causing a false reading. Find a non-sugar alternative at your local health food store. Check with your doctor for his/her recommendations. Warning: Do not use toothpaste made in China.
